North West Rafters Association members are primarily from southern and central Oregon, although we have members all over the state.
We run rivers in Oregon and the Pacific Northwest, from the Rogue and the Klamath to the Santiam, Umpqua, McKenzie and Deschutes Rivers - and more.
We invite boaters of all levels of ability to join us for fun, friendship, and safety. Rafts, canoes, kayaks, and stand up paddle boards - all are welcome!.
Oregon’s Oldest Rafting Club
North West Rafters Association engages in service projects each year that protect our rivers and river corridors.
We model and educate our members in leave-no-trace camping and boating practices.
We set high standards for ourselves in minimizing the impact of our activities on our rivers and campsites.

Protecting our River Corridors
Promoting Boating Safety and Education
We take pride in our reputation for safe and responsible boating.
We offer safety classes each year to our membership which stress river rescue, river safety, and safe boating practices.
We encourage all of our members to take part in classes and training for their own safety and the safety of other boaters.
